In the downtown, bicycles are prohibited but we struggle to get compliance with this. Both can cause a dangerous situation when they don't follow the rules. Common sense goes a long way! You commented that "Whenever a usable path for bicycles has been provided adjacent to a roadway, bicycle riders shall use such path and shall not use such roadway."
